Frequently asked questions
Do I need an electrician?
Yes. This is a hardwired fixture – it has no plug and connects directly to your home's wiring, so please have it installed by a licensed electrician. Renting, or prefer no wiring? Our table lamps plug in or run on USB or battery.
Does it work with US power?
Yes – it's rated 90–260 V, so it works with standard US 120 V power.
Is a bulb included?
You can choose: without a bulb, or with a 4 W LED bulb. The E27 socket also fits standard US E26 bulbs.
Will it look like the photos?
Shape, size and finish match the description – please check the dimensions above. Colors can look slightly different depending on your screen and room lighting, and materials like hand-shaped glass, ceramic or natural travertine vary a little from piece to piece. If it isn't what you expected, you can return it within 30 days.
How long does delivery take?
Your order ships within 1–3 business days with tracking and arrives 6–12 business days after dispatch. Shipping and customs duties are included in the price – there's nothing extra to pay on delivery.
What if it arrives damaged?
Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery at support@mistelio.com and we'll send a replacement or a full refund – at no cost to you.
Can I return it?
Yes – within 30 days of delivery, as long as it's unused and in its original packaging. Please contact us at support@mistelio.com first. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
Is there a discount for buying more than one?
