Refund policy
We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied,
we're here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be
eligible, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the
same condition you received it.
To start a return, contact us at support@mistelio.com with your order
number. Do not send items back without contacting us first.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval
status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method
within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of
delivery with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a full refund or
replacement at no cost to you.
Wrong Item
If you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days and we'll make
it right.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
After this window, the order may have already entered processing and
cannot be cancelled.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is
damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, return
the original and place a new order.
